Flashback: November 08

So Mom decided today, December 31, 2008 8pm, that her 2008 New Years Resolution would be to update the blog before the New Year 2009. Here we go: Flashback to November 2008:

Here's Dad & Simone at "Labor Park" This is the park where Mom went into Labor with Simone. I Love the tunnel in the play structure there.

I FINALLY climbed UP the slide that day!!!!!!!!!

Hmmmm wonder what else I could do?

Dad's proud of me :)

I like to hold my sister.

Simone is still eating her hand. A lot.

She seems to really enjoy it.

My buddy Nick and I like to go skateboarding on his Dad's skateboard.

I think I Love Elmo more this month then last month.

Simone spent most of November on her tummy doing tummy time. She was very pleasant during tummy time. When I was Simone's age, I hated tummy time and thought Mom was torturing me.

Simone loves the command post. I can't argue with that.

Simone again is eating her hands.

She eats anything she can get in her mouth. I Love to yell at her and tell her "NO Moan that's not food!""

We had a lovely dinner outside at the beach one night.

Simone spent almost every dinner as the centerpiece of the table in her bumbo chair.

I had a GREAT day at the bay area discovery museum with my pal Oisin.

It was so beautiful there. Look at the fog falling over the mountain like a waterfall.

I learned how to snowboard there.
Dad tried to learn too,

Dad and Simone took a cat nap.
Hey Mom - Look I'm a bridge engineer just like you! Mom's worked hard this month trying new recipe's. Spaghetti is still my favorite.
Check out how great I am at using a big boy cup.....

Mom got me this great bathtub paint.

She painted Dad's face.

Then he painted hers.. Silly Mommy!

We left Simone unpainted. Next time..........

I still love my milk in a bottle. Especially at night. Mom says that when I turn 2, all the bottles go bye bye. Hmmph!
I Love my Dad.
And my duck nummy.

We took a plane down to LA to visit family & friends for Thanksgiving.
Nice PJ's!
Grams & Papa have a HUGE bathtub.
Simone is the centerpiece. Again.
Simone had a great time with Papa. Mom & Grams had a great time changing her outfits. This is outfit 1 of 3?
Food coma.
Simone & I both enjoyed imitating cousin Tracy.

Group photo's.

Mom once again insisted on taking my picture next to the "grandson" statue. This is Simone's first picture with "grandson".

Maybe he should come home with us.
Simone met our Great Grandma Ruth for the first time.
My turn to pose with Great Grandma & Uncle Sidney.
While we were in SoCal, Dad took us to the play park at the beach where he grew up.
Simone went on the swing too.

Yep, I snuck that little girl a hug and kiss.
We also took Simone to meet Great Grandma Doris.
It was a great trip, except for the plane ride back, where we were delayed in the airport for 6 hours, while I had a stomach flu and had thrown up all over Mom two hours into it.
